This is not no throwback joint mix. This is just some straight what the hell was poppin in 93 type of mix. Live 93 type of mixtape.

I'm trying to stay away from posting throwback mixes made by dj's right now. I wanna share more of the mixes made during that time. I think it gives it a more authentic feel. I mean anybody can make a throwback mix but if you a cat that's 28 and under making a throwback mix...I don't wanna hear it. If you didnt live it during the time, then it just doesnt seem real to me when you play it. The emotions of hearing Wu-Tangs "Protect ya Neck" is way different when you just found out about them and not that many people know about them. Kind of like finding a diamond in the rough. When I first bought that Wu-Tang single, I went bonkers over it. Told everyone around me about it. Not knowing they was gonna blow up and be legends how they are now more than 10 years later.

But now cats can just buy the repress or download the mp3 and make a cd. Not knowing or feeling how it is to actually grow up with those artist and see their transitions in the music biz. So that just kills it for me when I hear a young cats throwback cd.

So for that confusing reason (and I know it might sound confusing) i'm gonna try my best to stay away from youngin' throwback cd's and just give you the real mixes during that time from the djs who were poppin at that time.
