DA KING & I - CONTEMPORARY JEEP MUSIC

Found this on Real Hip Hop Bootleggers. Da King & I is a group that really separates cats who think they know the classics and cats who really do know the classics. Classics ain't just about Pete Rock & CL Smooth, ATCQ, Blacksheep and all the other easy joints that people be playing. I see a lot of dj's around the way just constantly faking that they know whats up. Even some old cats don't get too deep on the classic hip hop. Maybe they'll do some Juice Crew or BDP type joints but still some new cats and old cats just aren't really getting in deep on what the 90's era really was. I just wanna hear a cat play some Rough House Survivors, Original Flavor, Troubleneck Brothers, Hard 2 Obtain, Nowborn Click, Mad Kap, King Just, Nine, Doo Wop, Gemini the Gifted One, and of course Da King & I.
